Farmers Insurance Thomas Mundell moved to Orange County as a Business and Psychology college graduate with the drive to succeed in 1979. Thomas quickly distinguished himself as a top Agent with Farmers by consistently leading his District in total production and became Agent of the Year for 12 of his 15 years as an Agent. In 1991 Thomas was elected onto the President's Council, and was duly recognized by Farmers with their highest award honor. Thomas's understanding for the unique characteristics of being an Agent, formed his district office to maximize Agents successes and to alleviate the pressure of starting a small business. In order to accelerate Agents policy growth and minimize administrative distractions, all new agents are provided with a dedicated Customer Service Representative within the Districts customer care center. New Agents are also provided with a comprehensive training program where, with assistance, they develop their own individual Agency's strategy for success. His business model empowers agents leaving the District Office not only with a significant book of business, but also with the skills and experience to run and expand both professionally and financially.

In life, family is my top priority. I enjoy spending time with my three sons and wife. Being outdoors and active has always been my favorite pastime. Every year my family and I make a trip to the river and spend time on our boat.
